DirectRooms.com – World music’s major artists play Agadir festival during 22 to 25 June 2011

PRLog (Press Release)– bmw May 31, 2011– Between 22nd and 25th June 2011, Timitar Festival will be bringing in top performers to play on stage and they'll be playing in a series of concerts featuring the best local groups and bands. The line up will have approximately 40 artists and the performances will have a strong influence of traditional and contemporary Amazigh music but also hip-hop, jazz, pop and rap. Several of the artists are expected to add innovative remixes to traditional formats and introduce new releases at the festival.

Artists that have appeared at past events have come from Europe, America along with many of Africa's dominant acts and 2010 alone saw Bob Marley's son Julian Marley playing with the likes of Ali Campbell and Hindi Zahra.

In addition to the music, people can also check out the lessons on how to deejay and veejay with reggae and dancehall artists leading the workshops.
