Nate Wade Subaru employees and customers have a history of giving and we knew if we got the word out, it would not take long for supplies to start rolling in.
It all started when Nate Wade Subaru's Nick Smith co corsa uldn't help but notice the large number of homeless men and women on the streets of Salt Lake City as he drove in to work. Nick wanted to make cadillac a difference and knew others would join him in his efforts. So, with the help of Nate Wade Subaru's Rob Berman, they put together a plan of attack and began the July, 2011 "Help the Homeless Drive."
Once word got out, the supplies began to roll in. From clothes, to shoes, to canned food, Nate Wade Subaru employees and customers kept the supplies coming in day after day. By the end of July all three donation boxes were over flowing.
Earlier this week, Nick Smith and others loaded a truck, (to the brim I might add), and the items were chrysler delivered to The Road Home.
Nate Wade Subaru would like to thank all those who participated. It was exciting to see the amount of people going out of their way to make a difference in our community. As always, we could not have done it without you!
We look forward to many other opportunities to work together in making a difference! For the latest Nate Wade Subaru news and upcoming events Visit http://www.facebook.com/natewadesubaru#!/natewadesubaru for details.
