Just for fun, I googled 2011 Chevy Cruze and ended up clicking auto part on a link that took me to a GM website. I looked it over and I was pret dodge ty impressed but those sites are to sell the sizzle, I wanted reviews from owners and other poeple like myself.... shoppers. I went to many websites such as, Edmunds.com, Cars.com, KBB.com. Chevrolet.com and Youtube.
From there I found review after review, videos, specs, trim levels, available options and pricing, You name it and it was online and available. Forget the aggressive sales approach from a sales staff or sales manager. The internet made my experience very beneficial and rewarding. I knew what I wanted and how much I was going to spend, I just have to find a dealershp and one that will treat me how I want to be treated.
Again, I found myself online typing in Google.com. I Googled "The Best Chevy Quote" and as always a bunch of links and ads appear. I skimmed through them and came across a few dealerships. I click on all the ones within 50 mile radius of where I live. In my county, there are many dealers. I visited about 5 dealer websites and requested a qoute for a new 2011 Chevrolet Cruze from each one.
To my surprise, 4 out of 5 responded, 2 out of those 4 were an automatic response and the other 2 came from a real person. But, only 1 out of those 2 gave me what I ask for. The other dealershp kept pounding me to come in so that they have give me accurate figures. Well, I said I wanted a 2011 Chevy Cruze LS and that I was paying cash and qualified for the GM discount. Pretty simple rig ferrari ht? I thought so too. Everything was pretty simple until it was time to deal with the dealerships. However, I did have a great response from 1 dealer - Hank Graff Chevrolet in Davison MI.
Hank Graff Chevrolet's response included my quote as requested, along with some tools to help me make my decision. Hank Graff's quote was personal, quick and included all fee's associated with my purchase. Not only that, but they guaranteed that this would be the price for my car if I walked in any day that month and dealt with anyone who greeted me. Of course this intrigued me, I spent the next couple days emailing Graff's Internet manager Aaron Erway and decided to stop in to take my test drive. Mr. Erway was correct, when the figures were presented to me, they matched my emails just as he mentioned.
Long story short, buying online is the way to go. No pressure, no hassle and I felt like I was in the driver seat. All the researching and homework portion was easy but the buick online experience would be much better if every dealershp conducted their online business the way Hank Graff Chevrolet in Davison MI. By the way,
P.S. I did buy my Cruze and I'm loving it!
